About 15 minutes before your session, with your permission, I will conduct a proxy assessment of your basic energy status. This efficient step provides me with insights into your needs and overall well-being. Following this, we will convene for an hour-long session either on-line or face-to-face. During this time, I will utilize The Body Code, Eden Energy Medicine, and Reiki to uncover and address the specific issue we are focusing on for that session. We will release the imbalances that we uncover using a magnet, tapping, acupoint holding & tracing, etc. after the session I will compile all our findings, suggested homecare, next steps, and send those results to you by email.

During this time, I will utilize The Emotion Code and occasionally The Body Code to find the Trapped Emotions/Imbalances that have created your Heart-Wall. We will release the imbalances that we uncover using a magnet along the Governing Meridian. After the session I will compile all our findings, suggested homecare, next steps, and send those results to you by email. ​
